i like the concept, maybe the guy's outline could use a little work. It doesn't seem quite.
Or if the guy was less dark, for example filled with dark grey instead of black, the outline would be less noticeable. If you can figure out a way with four colors.

They did the cow parade in Harrisburg, PA too. Nice design, but the reminder would kill my urge to buy it.
