i'd like it bigger and without the far right image (the beginning of the seqence). Because the first image adds nothing to the piece- either make it so the hands are getting into postion or just leave it out.

i feel like i would have done this from left to right. that way it shows the motion, and you could leave the last dog "running away"

Great idea and works well for the blik thing. Yeah i think i agree that there should only be one of the two similar images and the image should run the other way from left to right. Nice one though

Question: Is the placement really too high? I'm a girl, and I've always found that designs that run ABOVE the boobs look better than the ones that run straight across them. For me, the design distorts when they run right across my girls. Then again, that's just me. Any thoughts?

I think flipping it left to right would appeal to my english-language left-to-right instincts. But the rest, i say, is amusing.

We look at images from left to right, generally, so this would throw me off.

i think it's cute, except i don't like the awkward black-and-white sketchy-ness of the hands. if it were a bit smoother i would so buy it. as is, 4. |

Erm, the "human eye" doesn't naturally go left to right, but the Western eye does. The placement would work somewhere like Japan where they read right-to-left. Other languages read right-to-left as well.
But, when in Rome, flip the dogs as the Romans do. Aside from that, as well as the other comments regarding the first image duplicate, I think this is solid. |

Personally I go from right to left, but I guess I'm a minority. I really like the idea behind this design, though.
I agree with omitting the image that starts the sequence. On a guy, I think the placement is too high, but the shirts are difference for guys and girls, right? Can this be addressed if the shirt is printed? I'm not sure how threadless works when they print. |

I agree with robilixious, I think that the shirt should go from left to right, as if you were reading it.

yeah generally people's eyes move from left to right, so i think it would get a lot more attention if it was reversed. that was the first thing i thought about it. then i saw other people said the same thing. i agree.

It bothers me that the first 3 hands look like they were literally cut & pasted out of my childhood shadow book. Not that this is the first time that I've seen graphics from that book on threadless...

To raise a voice for the minority here....I don't mind the direction. The placement does look very, very high. I'm a girl and have had no trouble with 'cross-the-boobs designs, but I'll admit that I'm fairly small-chested and hence am being selfish because my girls are never going to be big enough to distort anything.
I love this design...buuut, that fourth leg really does look like some dosgticles. I can't think of any way to alter it, because I'm not an artist, but "dog nuts" comments will be soooo unavoidable in this form. |
