Eskimo -- or Inuit -- are found in the northern hemisphere; penguins come fromt he southern hemisphere.
I'm sure that seems pretty petty a thing to mention, but I'm just so weird that to me it totally matters and keeps this from really ringing my bells. |

It could be Shackelton for all you/we know. Anyway, I like the interaction with the fish and the hunters, I really like the eyes you used in your profile pic too. I think the big head is part of the beauty of this. |

I like the design. I know penguins don't belong in Alaska, but the little guy adds to the cuteness. Big heads also often equate to cuteness somehow. Perhaps it be more geographically correct to have the penguin be replaced with a baby polar bear, but that might be too big for the little circle of ice they're sitting on.
Or maybe there *is* no more Antartica, no more Alaska, and the only bit of ice left on the planet is the tiny circle the penguin and boy or girl are on thanks to global warming. It's a reversal of what the normal practice is: sitting on a hole of ice rather than cutting a hole into the ice. |

I like the whole idea. All though people are talking 'bout eskimos not living with penguins and its technically not correct, I don't believe thats people will say when you are wearing your shirt. I think it would be like 'Awww...thats adorable.'

cute. and for everyone saying eskimos and penguins are on opposite sides of the world, who says it's an eskimo. I wear parkas and travel out to the area of where penguins are and I ice fish with them. It's fun, you should try it.
