this reminded me of bananaphone, but not a whole lot as even though his submissions are random, it seems done in a natural way. all the different elements of this design, and the oddity of the text, mixed with the random message behind it just makes it seem forced.
it makes me think of those kids that hang out at the mall trying to be different so they look super cool, even though they all look like each other. |

the artwork itself is great--i especially love the pop art pixelation on the dude. as far as text goes, i'd lose "are you mexican?" because it's sort of giving away a punch line that would be better left open to interpretation. plus, mexicans just seem like an easy target.

ughhhh, for lack of better words.......... i'd say the idea was pretty badly planned out or so it appears, either the concept or the illustration was half assed..... and im guessing its the concept cuz the illustration isnt half bad....... but hey, thats just my own two cents.....

I reckon you should chop the heads off both of them and stick them on some whole bodies and lose the text and just have one character per shirt and get a better colour than blue.
Other wise thedrawings are really cool. |
