i think he's trying to do a 'mimed picture frame', rather than a real one. picture a mime drawing it with his finger and (if this were on TV or in a movie) a dotted-line effect trailing his hand

I'll chime in on the picture frame--it would look much better. One could interpet that she's cheated on her husband with a clown (by the look on her face, this is probably correct), or that the couple are apprehensive about the child being so different.
Either way, it's a funny concept. |

Cokeman, it looks to me like you're wrong...I didn't make it in microsoft word because, you're right, it's called microsoft WORD. I made it with adobe Illustrator....cuz it's called ILLUSTRATOR. =)
