The guy on the left looks a little too much like he's actually gonna play tennis, so I'd like it better with just the guy on the right, but if you change the clothes of the guy on the left, this could be awesome.

I think you should swap the order of the figures, i.e: the guy plays air guitar with the racket, then the owner can't figure out why it's all messed up when he goes to use it. A decent idea, but the figures need some work.

I think you should distinguish between the two more. I didn't fully understand the shirt until I read outlawpencil's comment. It looks too much like both of them are in the same place at the same time, at least to me.
