Amazing. Reminds me of the cartoon style of the 50s-60s that used white outlines over watercolor backgrounds. It's a cool look, and you captured it with the perfect retro colors.

I like the concept, but I agree with mmosley, too much like HomeStar. Make a few changes to the characters and make them more your own and you've got a definite winner. Might also want to consider playing the the placement of the art, just a thought.
