This made me laugh.

I'm confused though about the debris swirling around the guy. If it's mud or something being kicked up by the tires, it looks too much like it's caught in an eddy as opposed to being flung in one direction by the force of the tires.

this is confused, now if the sumo was helping out cause on the way to hospital after he had a heart attack the ambo drive crashed cause he was drunk then I'd be into this in a jack flash

I would give this a 5$, but It took me a while to figure out that that is an ambulance. Put a big red cross on the side, or the snake+sword emblem, or something more related to first-aid. It's kind of confusing right now.

Great design. I can just picture a sumo wrestler waiting outside the ER doors of a hospital, when an ambulance backs up to drop off a patient in critical condition. "It's on!"

hahahahah... ya. define that its an ambulance. this submission makes me go "WHAT?!" lol and i love it.
i love people that try to analyze what shirts are about. it makes me laugh, and thats all i need to know.
