this is beautiful. I don't really get the connection to the contest, but I like it on it's own. One of the first designs I've seen for a while that I'd buy.

I like it but the rain is very bothersome. It would look better surrounding her for one thing. And maybe make the rain drops as tiny slender hearts.
Ignore the cynical tasteslikegrandpa. This is not a pile of sh*t. Fix the rain and it would be about perfect. |

I think if the rain was soaking the girl, too, it would defeat the purpose. The love rain doesn't want to soak the girl because it <3s her.
Doesn't suit my style but I really dig the concept. |

these colors together, and the way the cloud and rain are done make me cringe. You didn't even make the rain go all the way up to the cloud. Cute figure with bird in the middle. That cloud is over the top cutesy. tooo much for me.

I like the shirt, but I think having hearts in the cloud confuses the message - the bird with the <3 should stop "bad" rain, not rain from a cloud with hearts in it.
