Me too. I like the fact that they look a little like bones--what 's the skeleton after all but a support system for the body: exactly what the Red Cross aims to do for people. Nothing sticky or sentimental about this one, thank goodness. Maybe in lighter colors though. Or navy. 5

you're idea is fantabulous, just rework your lines a bit and work a bit more on the fingers? but 4 from me!

I agree! That was the first thing that popped into my head.

I like the design but probably would not wear it.

Let me give a brief explaination I guess:
-Basically it's all a metaphor for a one person recieving help, then going out and continuing the chain helping the next person. The hands are supposed to very vaguely resemble chain links.
-As for the line work and color it was ment to look like an old screen print.
- I stuck with no color for the hands because red cross makes it a point to not discriminate. i'm sorry they remind some people of skeleton hands. It obviously wasn't my intention to be creepy.

i usually hate the red cross competition but wow that's amazing...

the design is cool, but the writing is too small to be seen unless someone goes right up to your chest. and the lines of the design are kinda sketchy, making it look messy. good idea though

if the hands were all formed into a symbol that is easy to pick out i'd like it more but right now i dont really get anything from it besides "you should lend a helping hand". great concept though.
