this didn't make sense to me until I read your explanation, and if a design doesn't work without an explanation, it doesn't work.

nobody would get this if they just looked at your shirt as you were walking by

made me laugh...you don't have to know the title to get the third option...but i don't like the hand written text, and i think it's a little hard to tell those are glasses half full of liqued. if there was no text at all i don't think i would be able to tell what they were.

one of my rules as a designer is if your going to copy and paste make sure you cant tell ie: hide it in the design... this is quite obvious and it ruins it

Not particularly good looking, not particularly clever, and definately not original. I've heard that one before, probably in some stupid mass joke email. Next time come up with your own ideas.

it took me alittle bit .. maybe the last one could be labled "get a smaller glass" or something of that sort.

This is something I put togeather really quick... sometimes I like finding out if the general idea is good, before I spend a whole day drawing something. So both positive and negative comments are really useful.

you cant really see how the glasses are half full because of the color. plus it is kinda blah, so i give it a 2

something about the glasses looks not quite right. And to make it more understandable, I think the text phrases should each have a question mark after them.

I like the joke, but maybe actually make it so that the shot glasses aren't all the way full, because it didn't really make sense to me at first.

As to the design, if you are not quite done with it then post it in the blogs, that is what they are there for. People will give you feedback...

Cute idea, but I don't really care for the way the glasses are rendered, or for the font you used...These colors, especially on the grey, make it look so dreary...or maybe I'm just a pessimist. Also, bk1 needs to calm down, shirts made for designers are kind of why this site exists...This site is popular for a certain demographic, and apparently bk1 doesn't know who actually looks at this stuff.

heh heh i like, but yea if you're going to have a simple image, and then have to have it repeating, you should at least draw it out yourself.
if you did, good work, but just make the opening to the glasses a little more obvious.

he might be able to live trace... but I didnt do that with that image ;) its 3d modeled to try and create a cut glass look, then rendered using shaders, followed by tidying up on the colours. But yeah I agree this does need more work.
