I like the idea but there is something off with it.

i think it'd look better without the beehive pattern overlaying everything.
unless it's supposed to be a chain link fence, then i guess i'd see what it's symbolizing... but it looks like a beehive. |

There are types of chicken wire, used for pens, available that feature the alveolate (aka beehive) pattern. It looks fine the way it is. |

Yeah Prince & Langston Hughes came into my mind after seeing this (when doves cry & I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings).
Nice idea but as others have mentioned, maybe the cage lines could be fixed; they're bee hive-like and remind me of bathroom tiles. |
