it looks good close up but I dont really like how it kind of just looks like a pattern down the side of a shirt from far away. I like the plain white on brown best =)

the hearts should be on the other side of the shirt and there should be less

do you have reasons for those changes? the hearts are on the left side because your heart is on the left side of your chest.

I like it.
But I kindof agree that there are too many hearts.
And although I like it's current placement, it might also look good somewhere else--play around with it.

sori but cant say i like it... maybe seems a little cliche... but then again your concept is strong so maybe try and push it a bit
