the full head of hair and boyish profile make it look like its not a baby - the face and hair need to look a little more infant-like.

I agree with the others about the anatomy issues--the left foot is off and his neck is too thinned out for a youngster. babies have a lot of chub. I like the idea though.

Agree with viva... it looks like a kid. make his arms and face chubbier and shorter. This would be cool for my 22 month old. You should fix the baby and print it on a onesie.
