HI, Everyone. This is my first submission.
I wanted to make the design unique, and here it is.

Broken-heart-shaped piece of the fortune cookie=compassion (need more compassion to heal the broken hearts.)
Smily mark=Humanity ( smile to show humanity.)
Fortune cookie itself=Hope (hope for a little good fortune for everyone.)

and, start to do a little thing to make a BIG difference is easy as just opening a furtune cookie!!

* sorry for my poor english.

Hi, mintleaves, Thank you for your comment!!
I really love to hear other people's opinion.
>>its too big on the shirt.
Yeah, actually, I thought about it, but I was afraid that the fotune could be unreadable if I made the design smaller.
But well, it could've been a little smaller :))

Hey, _kapow, Thank you for your comment!
>i hate comic sans.
hahaha. I know it was a little easy font choice.
well, comic sans-ish font seems like one of the popular fonts for fortune cookie, and looks happy actually, so I picked the font :D

cute idea, congratulations on your first submission!
you could make the cookie smaller and keep the text the same size. :)

i had to read your explanation to get any real meaning out of it.
i hate comic sans as well.
there's quite a few fortune cookie shirts out there now.
the fortune wouldn't be sticking out so straight either.
the extra piece of cookie is really out of place b/c the other two halfs are complete.
and i don't really like the extra words.

Thank you all for your comments!!
Okay, many people hate Comic sans ...
Now I should remember that for next sub :))

>you could make the cookie smaller and keep the text the same size.
Nice idea ! How come I never think of that ....

> i had to read your explanation to get any real meaning out of it.
That is what I was really afraid of .
Sad to hear that but I admit the fact you didn't get the idea.
I keep trying to come up with a design that all people can tell that I want to say ! (I know it's hard but it's the fun part of threadless, right?? :D)

>the extra piece of cookie is really out of place b/c the other two halfs are complete.
It's an extra piece from inside of the furtune cookie :))

>it's a bit preachy.
>I don't think it's too preachy.
So it might be alittle preachy.
Maybe it's because of the words on the bottom.
Okay, I will try to not "type" what I want to say next time ~

I don't see how anyne could see this and then need an explanation. Assuming, of course, that they understood the context. It's an American Red Cross T-shirt submission so the context is rather clear.

If havikng the legiable text is an issue, consider havinf the cookies in the background with the fortune slip up front and prominent - that is the focus after all.

And, although the heart crumb was deemed a little out of place, I think it works. Even the person who left that comment fails to notice that you can't see all the cookie so it very well maybe from the back end.

Silly people searchng for reality.

i liek this, but i do feel like the other half the cookie is out of place. i wouldn't know how to fix it either. i just thought you'd like to know that it really looks out of place and too far up near the sleeve.

i guess if you want a smaller fortune cookie and still have the fortune paper readable, then you can show the fortune cookie then make it like it's zoomed in, so it's 3D ish

the fortune cookie is just a little big, and i think the other half of the text "....and it's easy to start " should also be red. Very creative, i like it alot ! :)

Dude, I am so stressed. Why does everyone hate comic sans? If you have a crappy old computer with few font choices, it's one of the only ones that isn't so boring you want to die. I can't be lieve there's actually a website dedicated to anti-comic sans propaganda and merchandise. Poor little font. I still love you.

you'll need to work on making the fortune cookie look more like a fortune cookie, and i don't like the extra text, either.
