the 'flower' looks kind of goofy... maybe try a more traditional tulip-like shape (like with pointed petals) otherwise, nice design

You lose the flower with the red on red. Change the color of the shirt or the color of the flower. I like how the words connect but I wouldn't immediately associate these words with Red Cross.
