I love the shirt concept. I don't like the high detail palm trees with the rounded features of everything else. Seems like a contrasting motif.

the colours are kinda...meh. i love goldfish and animal crackers and the idea is adorable, but the colours..! maybe not that weird blue-grey...

I love it. However, I agree with Mawksy about the detailed trees. I also think a subtler color scheme would compliment the design.

The palm trees look awfully like an old Ocean Pacific shirt I used to wear in the 80's, and I don't like the scalloped lower edge of the island, but a GREAT design overall. 5

Animal crackers! Tasty cheesy goldfish crackers!! Ditch the scalloped island edge and incongrous palm trees, and it would be absolutely perfect. $4 |

maybe i'm completely off but it seems the trees are purposefully detailed to add to and draw attention to the absurdity of the shirt. the contrast rocks, and i dig the "point break" feel.

Thanks everyone for all the possitive comments. I think turansky said it best concerning the tree. The utter lack of detail that both the animal crackers & the goldfish contain contrast nicely with the more "realistic" tree, aplifying the whole ridiculousness of the concept. Also, my idea behind the 'scalloped edge' island was to show the waves and that the island is out at sea. That being said, both the tree and the waves are minor design points and are changable.

i hate to be the little black rain cloud, but i think the design is a bit big. if it were a little bit smaller, it'd be perfect. still giving you a 4 though.
