Dont look for some kind of deep meaning it's just a design. But I'm open to your creative interpretation.

try changing up the alphabet, type a real message or some kind of prose in there, and do something with the arrow, it looks rather silly.

no. no prose. that would be arbitrary.

well at the moment the lack of a reason to have the alphabet doesnt help the design, as well as a lack of reasoning for why there is an arrow... and why doesnt the arrow go all the way into the cloud... i just dont really think the design has enough appeal to not have those things mean something. sorry
