Why remove a word that is there in real life? If the caution word was unnecessary, it wouldn't be there in real life at all.

Great design.
Something is telling me it would look better on a Yellow shirt though. Same colout as the sign.

1) For humour in the shirt pretty much being the sign
and 2) It would be much easier to see the puddle.

This may be the 53478th shirt to use the concept of "mens room silhouette figure." This is not funny either, so thats a double negative (and no that doesn't mean they cancel each other out)
