I like the image, I just wonder if it's feasable... That's some mighty small print on the magazines and chocolate bars, for example. Might not be easy to pull of the design. I'm liking the mummy, though, and if they build it, I will come. $4 |

the red/blue of the swiped goodies around the waist kinda gets lost against the red/blue of the background
i think having some candy stuck in the wrappings of his arms and legs would show up a little more clearly and he needs a trail of dropped candy behind him |

You are the most... if I was smart like all you other hipsters, I'd know the word... but you just... being a prick isn't cool unless you're born one. And if you were born one, just keep on going, gorgeous. Anyway, I could see this as a t-shirt, it's adorable, but it would lose a little without the title. |

It does need to be redrawn though. The lines are all the same weight, it makes the images much flatter and dull. You HAVE to lose the disco floor too. I wouldn't give up on this idea though. |

Why does this need to be on a t-shirt? There are so many subs out there that are more like a single-panel comic strip you might find in a middle-school student newspaper. Mildly cute, but not something that leaves any kind of lasting impression or deserves to be immortalized on a t-shirt. Listen up, if you've got a cutesy cartoon idea like this, don't send it here, OK? T-shirts are not the appropriate medium for this kind of thing, Gary Larson aside.

Simpatico ^ is not speaking for everyone. I think this belongs on a shirt just as much as anything else. It's all a matter of personal preference.

as usual, the people who trash the design without offering any constructive suggestions are the ones who have submitted NOTHING of their own. Killerlamb is the exception, but his submission is actually worse than none at all. YAY for lame comments from people without an inch of room to talk!

to clarify: I appreciate comments from people who don't like it but offer their opinion of what would make it better and keep it respectful. you know, like it says under the comment box. if you can write, I assume you can read too.

i like the style - i like that it'a unapolagetically cartoony - it's a style - you like it or you don't - but at least it isn't clip art, dingbats, and vectorized photos with some splatter and drips, or something just plain ripped off the web and thrown through a filter or two. at least he did his own artwork.
for all the people bashing "cartoony" designs - they ridiculed frank frazetta and told him his art was trash for years because it was scifi - it's the same kind of art-snobbery - get over it. |

One of the best parts of this design are the magazine titles on the rack. That's a wonderful and clever touch. As for the cartoony nature of the design? It's wonderful. You either like it or you don't, I've noticed, on threadless. But if you're for the more lifelike designs, go pick one of the designs that has a girl with flowing hair staring into space, or one with birds in various poses of flying. This is DIFFERENT. And threadless needs it. $5. |

yes oh yes. the clerk, the counter, and the mummy are all perfect. the only thing i can see that is hard to resolve (and i know you tried) is the floor tiles.. kinda blocky but what can you do? i still like it a lot. $5
