Sorry, but I can't stop seeing this as somehow connected to Peapod grocery delivery. I think it's because the P's are so logo-ish and bland. They almost go with the pod in the background, but not quite... I think I'd like the design on black, with black letters that contrasted more. Play up the pun.

Ditto with the font - they look like they are logos for something, and they clash a bit with the style of the pod. If you fix the font, this would definitely be a $5 in my book. As it is, 3.

I agree, the font seems to stand out for all the wrong reasons here.
