Ahh that's sad. but i quite like. Maybe the elephants foot needs to be made taller otherwise the umbrella wouldn't stand like that.

I like the cartoon-y look. It reminds me of the limited animation style of the 60's. Like Mr. Magoo. Good stuff.

This reminds me of an urban legend...

The father of a very rich family went to Africa of a safari, and at the request of his snobby, spoiled daughters, returned home with the severed leg of a baby elephant he killed himself. Upon returning home, the elephant foot was used as an umbrella stand. A few nights later, the phantom cries of a baby elephant and its mother were heard trumpeting through the house, trying to get the leg back. Well, the family had no intention of returning the leg, and so one fateful night while everybody slept fitfully...

THE ELEPHANTS TRAMPLED THROUGH THE HOUSE, HUNDREDS OF THEM, ALL THE RESTLESS SPIRITS OF ELEPHANTS KILLED FOR SPORT!! THEY KNOCKED THE WALLS DOWN, SMASHED THE FURNITURE AND CRUSHED THE FAMILY UNDER THEIR HEAVY FEET!!!

And in the morning, nothing remained of the house except a large, leveled pile of wood and furniture. The foot was gone.

Hahaha, I don't think I got the whole story right.

This shirt is brilliant, because it is subtle and ironic. I think the base color could be better, though. The current ones are a bit icky and pastely.

This really reminds of quentin blake, and I LOVE IT and want it printed immediately. Its so nice and simple and creative. great. It is also reminding me of these movies i used to watch as a kid. The logo of the company that made them was two perfectly circular faces, one smiling and the other frowning ( like drama faces) and they were very simple made like smiley faces... and i remember this one scene where a lanky cartoon man was frollicking about in a meadow to vivaldi's spring from the four seasons. I think Corduroy the Bear (and his lost button) was on another of the VHS tapes.....does anybody know what im talking about???
