Both stemming from depression, one being so depressed that you drink, and the other wanting to die

I hope that you all like this, there are several color options, and it looks pretty good on each of the shirt colors that I put up there

the title made me laugh. The illustration is nice and so are the colours but maybe move the drowning guy up and draw some legs.

This looks to me more like an anti-alcohol design than a depression-themed design. I'm strongly reminded of public service announcements regarding the dangers of drinking.

i don't understand why the label is peeling off the bottle. it seems unnecessary.

i agree with the legs comment. this guy looks stunted.

take out the peeling label and the guy inside the bottle, both don't make the illustration...
