Lovely idea but the execution could use some work. The elephant's head is a strange shape, and its legs are too straight - they should look like it's swimming. The guy's head is a strange shape too. A bit of cleaning up and this will be great.

excellent. if we didn't have 2 shirts printed at this very moment with mister sea monster, i'd give this a $5 but.. i guess at this point it's kind of unoriginal? i'm not sure. I'D wear it, but you're going to get smeared for it. in any case, awesome job. |

I heard a story on CBC radio the other night (As It Happens for any Canucks out there) about a scientist who was hypothesizing that Nessie was actually a series of carnival elephants seen bathing in the loch over several years. It was a pretty weak story for what's usually an excellent show, but I can only imagine that it inspired this sub.

Is this supposed to be an elephant? Because it's missing ears.
That's my only qualm, it doesn't look like an animal. Also, the guy's forehead is HUGE. His head is really misshapen. Fix it, resub it, and you've got a 5 from me. right now, 3. |

I like it but I think the elephant needs a little work. The fact that it doesn't have an ear makes his head look funny.

i like this one wayyyyyyy better than the Loch Ness Imposter.. i think the whole squid thing is getting old, cuz a lot of people are doing them. this one's awesome! i hope it gets printed! i gave it a 5!!

I dont want to be negative, and its been said several times in this thread, but its too similar to Loch ness imposter... you should really go and look at all the shirts that've been printed before you sub, its not hard.
try blogging the idea first. it helps majorly. and it is spelt PACHYDERM, and the elephants head is weird... his brain is too big. |

I think it's a cute concept...but too close to the same concept as loch ness imposter. However, unlike loch ness imposter, the figure in the boat is a nice touch! Over-all, nice work, but I don't think I would buy this one.

It's cute, but you should make it more clear that the guy is seeing the "loch ness" part of the elephant. I wouldn't have gotten it if you hadn't told me and neither would anyone looking at the shirt.

so is no one else ever allowed to make anything w/a Loch Ness theme? this is not a copy of the other one,& it's just as clever. I also wish it was drawn a bit better, but I think it's a good idea.

I like this because I already knew about the elephants swimming = nessie photos from years ago. I think you should move the design up a little bit so it's more on the chest and not so much in an odd chest-tummy hybrid position. Also, a more exciting color would be nice. Maybe a nice yellow-y green or a light sky blue.
I would totally wear this one and the loch ness imposter shirt on consecutive days and be like "what, bitch?" |

I agree that the position of the design needs to be moved up on the shirt and the elephant needs some ears, but other than that I love it!

it's a cartoon and it's cartoonish. it's funny and clever and is way funnier then loch ness imposter. the colors are nice and the design is flawless. these tools don't know what they're talking about. Later.
