I don't know about you guys, but ripping off a scene from a movie and changing the colors around isn't cool to me. if you actually redrew the entire thing yourself, why not use your talents for good and not evil, and draw something completely original? =P

the shattered glass reminds me of the many pieces of paper in Spirited Away. When Haku is the dragon and all the paper butterflies (..?) are trying to kill him. haha

I love the idea but I'd like it better if you actually drew it yourself, I like akira as much as anyone but I think the threadless way is originality... :D

- If you actually drew it, as opposed to tracing most of it from an Akira cell. - Transparent shards of glass. Because that is what glass is... - If there was better eye movement. There is so much going on, I can't rest my eyes on anything. This could be achieved if you only colored in the important parts & left evrything else as a 1 color outline. - Consitant strokes. |

really like the angle. New and different.
However, I don't completely understand what's going on (too much and no flow to the art). Try to find a way to make it less cluttered. And, I agree with Mezo's comments as well. |
