The vector could be better, and I don't really get the mixtape-cowboy thing.

I kinda like it, though the cowboy looks a little thick-bodied and short-armed to me.
Also (and I'm someone who hates "modern" placement on shirts), I'd like to see a more modern placement. Down and towards the left sleeve. |

wha? i don't know if it's because i'm new at threadless and haven't seen that many cassettes, but personally, i kind of like this submission. The boots could be less plastered to the legs though. $4
