I never really cared for de Profundis. And the pink is just ridiculous.

Somehow I suspect that you will not find the right combination of people who like pink, people who like tees, and people who know who Oscar Wilde is...

but good luck with that

The pink, the letters turning into bars/cliched drips - go back and start reading Oscar again from the beginning. Wilde was about subtley. This sub is about as subtle as a road traffic accident, and a little uglier.

in order to clarify so much the cloudy misunderstood and to try to clarify a little all the absurd that I read, I say to them that the "pink color" is not offensive but dignificative: wilde wrote on yours homosexuality between grates after they jailed it being homosexual, the result of this was also: profundis

Yes, we know the history and understood your reference by choosing pink. That's the problem: it's too obvious. As I said, try some subtlety.

mred.... you will have a short career here at threadless....ticking everyone off in your first week isn't a wise thing to do.

mred and cambert have a boxing match please.

if i was going out to tag some walls or just heading to the mall, i might throw this shirt on. not bad, not my favorite in your series..but not bad at all. i think the colors black and pink always work together...they just automatically put the shirt in a "Hot Topic" category.

its not like the lottery, where the more tickets you buy the better chance you have of winning, but whatever.

Don't ever put a signature on a submission, unless it is not on the design itself. Though they're small, every one of your designs have them, and that'll never score well.

You need to calm down on the design, and show more variety. Too many, too similar. It's like you're trying to beat yourself into our heads.

It's not working.

P.S. ENOUGH with the drips. It shows lack of versatility and creativity.

I'm in the process of giving them all zeroes now... Though the HG Wells one looks as though it may be promising...

you do need to calm down a bit, mred. nonetheless, i like your style. i'd say wilde is my favorite artist you've done (though not my favorite design - still a 4, though). and to everyone else - yes, wilde used subtlety. however he also named one of his characters BUNBURY and his unedited version of "earnest" has very blatant cumshot references.
