I really like the style of the bottles.

I would buy it if it were using a different play as an example. I absolutely loathe Romeo and Juliet.

what poor to raise a critic from "I like or I detest this or the other"... a critic must be better formed more and if it is going to be used to throw a work down, man

^There are two things that much of the Threadless community dislikes: tags on designs and many designs submitted all at once from the same designer. If you are going to challenge both of those I would hope that you at least would have a good attitude towards those who are considering your designs. Many would see the tag or simply that it's yet another of yours, hit 0 and move on.

You're so insistent on your 'class & co" tag - perhaps you could try using a bit of class in how you respond to people. Either that or keep you patronising yap shut.
mred
mred on Mar 10 '06
semanti: to respond to which I consider, do you think that it does not correspond to me? you think that to maintain me to the margin of the comments it must on the matter be my better position? your wrong man. My position is the one that I want to take. That each one comments out its that I will do mine.

Thanks for precuppy by me. But my position is just more democratic than your 2preservative" label

yeah in english please. and mred... there are about 2500 people that vote in a weeks time, i would guesstimate that atleast 50% of which are 18 and younger. You really cant expect great crits, your just being naive if you think so.

It would have done you some good to post just a couple and wait, you should feel out the voters and see what they like so you can tailor make your subs for them, not just throw all you have out at once and hope one hits. Anyways out of all ive seen this is your best 3

howlingmaniac: sorry for my english, it's true, is horrible (but I don't try to sound smart, I'm only try to sound like I try to sound as I am, only that I speak terrible your language... but, although I don't know how you would sound writing the Spanish!

thanks ellswhere for your words, I understand you but...let me to do what I wants to do, I respect your opinions although she does not share them surely (you understand to me, sure) and if I have desire to participate, I will do it as it prefers today (I have time, in the week not), unless me they prohibited me it or they erase to me out of here

Please stop explaining you are making it worse. The design series ( I get what you are trying to do here), needs work as a whole. It almost seems like you created your own Class & Co. contest but you were the only one that entered.

Get some different subject matter or try selling this to your literature professor or teacher.

I don't like any of Shakespeare's work. I certainly would not wear him on a shirt, especially when the artwork is so-so.

"I'm only try to sound like I try to sound as I am.." - mred.

I hate symetrical designs. It doesn't make for an aesthetically good design.

Again.

Mred, I like this one, but does it make much sense that both Romeo & Juliet are symolized by jugs of (I am supposing) poison? Romeo died from poison, but Juliet from a dagger. Maybe if you incorporated both images? (Don't yell at me I am trying to help!)
ToucanSam
ToucanSam on Mar 10 '06
oops, I meant to type *symbolized*...

why even bother here at threadless with this "series" if you think you've already got it figured out?

mred, silkscreening equipment is pretty cheap... Try getting a little loan, buy some inks, a press, then market this stuff on CafePress.

you know, this one isnt bad at all.... i actually like it.

but you just annoy me so much that everything i see from you gets zero in hopes that you'll just go away. these are nice people on threadless, and you've just caused problems and disrupted the community...

go away.

I kinda like the style of this one, and I think it would make a great illustration for a magazine or something like that. But, for me, it absolutely doesn't work on a t-shirt.

I love the shirt, and generally love Shakespeare, but I really dislike Romeo and Juliette. Had you used Hamlet or Taming of the Shrew, it would have been a $5. As it is, 4.

If you started your own shirt shop and advertised this line then great... but otherwise, threadless is about individual artworks that are inspired my more than the mundane... I respect you for your choice to produce these designs, but part of that is to accept what the threadless subscribers choose to say regarding your work... tough bro...

and if its about a spanish thing, then...

no puedes estar enojado porque nadie le gusta tus camisetas... es una parte de threadless...

And thats coming from a 17yo white boy...

tough luck bro...

Love it.

Shakespeare = <3

I would totally buy it.

But yes, I agree with electricmayhem;

Why is Juliet spelled with an 'X'?
mred
mred on Mar 17 '06
the "x" is for Xulieta, is in galego=an idiom from spain
