Really like the drawing. Really like the blue in the drawing. Don't like the blue in the shirt (something darker). And maybe the drawing should be a tad lower?

Yeah, I remember when I dug up my dog at night and tried to play hide 'n' seek with the corpse. It looked a lot like this.
Actually, I like this. It's pretty cute. I agree that the dog needs to look deader, but that you also ought not to give it Exes for eyes. |

you can make the dog look dead without x's for eyes if you have it's tongue drooping out the side of his mouth.
and the whole image should be lower. |

Ew, I would hate it if it had x's for eyes OR a tounge hanging out. I like it perfectly how it is. It's extremleyyyy sad. And I would rather have it extremley sad than somthing being "silly" but sad. Even though that didn't make sense. :D

this drawing is so cute i'd definitely buy it except i didn't really understand it at first because i didn't think the dog was dead but then i saw the hole and was like aww the dog is dead but it kinda looks alive. haha. i like the blue in the picture but i don't like how the shirt is blue as well. i think the shirt should be black.

Other than the fact that the design is a little high on the shirt, it's perfect. The message gets across that the dog is dead with just the grave and sad kid. Don't change anything. 5

Yeah just move it down, don't change the design. I have no idea what people are talking about when they say make it look "deader." Really aside from putting X's for the eyes which would just be too much there isn't much else you can do. Having a tongue hang out would look weird with the colors you have, plus alive dogs tend to have tongues that hang out too. It isn't necessary, but it would be cool to see a silhouette in one of the windows. Especially the left window in the closest house.

the concept isn't something I want to wear, but the style and quality are really great. I hope you keep submitting stuff that looks this good. 5 from me, even though I wouldn't buy it. Oh yeah, and a horizontal line for an eye would do better than an X...then the dog would look like he's "sleeping". (the big sleep)

How about instead of the "x" for eyes (which I think would be too much) just use a "-" (dash) so his/her eyes are closed at least... I like it, but the more I look at it, the more memories it brings of my own dog passing away... but yes "close" the eye.

so amazing... beautiful and sad. If you do change the eyes please don't use x's, but maybe the horizontal sleeping eyes someone mentioned. I think it's great that it's a little ambiguous at first glance...All the answers are there though and it's wonderful as the drama unfolds as you cast your eyes about. perfect!!!!

This is effing CREEPY AS ALL HELL. Haven't you people read or seen Pet Cemetary, for chrissakes?! Anyway, the illustrative style looks like something you'd see on the back of a cereal box. It's too cutesy. Which may have been your intention to mix cute & creepy. Ditching the houses & stars may easily fix the OVERLY cute part so it doesn't take away the attention of the main subject matter. For now, it's competing. |

This is SOOO great, but not quite a $5. With a few changes, I'd love it.
Someone else said darker blue and move image down, agreed. also, I think it would be better w/o the stars and moon. Dark blue shirt + lights in the house windows would convey well enough that it's night time. I think the morbid theme of this would be better served by a dark starless night. I'll say 4. |
