very cool but I'd like the dark color to be the same color as the shirt and have the image lager... but that's just me. 5 fo sho

I love the drawings but there's something missing for it to work as a shirt.. unfortunately I can't offer any advice on what that thing is.

Love your graphic! It would be cool if it were enlarged and peeked out from the bottom corner of the shirt. The placement on the shirt now doesn't do the design justice! 5$ :)

wow, awesome illo

nice work.., one suggestion tho

either have it on a dark grey shirt

or

replace the grey colour with chocolte brown like the shirt...

then its a one colour design... woohoo.

I like the design centered and the detail is great. Could afford to be a little bigger though.

Beautiful stuff. $5

If the linework was simply the background color of the T, with the white or any other color that could replace the white parts, I think you'd have something interesting and inovative. Eather that or with the linework being a diferent hue of the same color of the T. As it is I find it kind of adrupt and not too interesting...though I apreciate the work that went into the art, definetly.

Love this shirt...I think I get it...great concept. Would love this shirt centered...I never get why people want designs anywhere other than centered. Hopefully ts printed and placed on a good color.

i like this a lot

i would like it enough to buy if it had one or both of two "macro" or "whole-shirt" qualities. first, i believe you would profit from some dynamic or motion inside the design. the shirts like this that really work have the quality that when you look at one thing, your eye is naturally carried off in a direction where you come to another thing, which carries your eye to a third place, and so on.... that effect gives the design motion. without it, your eye gets lost in the detail and gets bored.

second, it would be nice if there was interest in the shape as a whole (as in, for instance, tesco's yin/yang JOT submission). in that kind of shirt, you enjoy all the details, and then you step back and enjoy the shape/pattern of the whole thing. as a whole, this shirt is kind of random dark and light blobs.

without one of these sorts of interests, the design is just really cool in its detail but not enough for me ot give a $.

but, very cool.

steve, thanks for your comments, i know what you mean, this is actually a vinyl sticker i'm having made, was never really intended for a shirt, i just thought i'd stick it on here to get some quick feedback on the design.

i do alot of skateboard graphics, heres an example of this style used a little more constructivly: http://www.michael-latimer.com/illustration/island.htm

i use black and white for two reasons, one being i just love black and white graphics, second, most of the work i do is for screenprints of some kind, hence the limited colour pallette.
