Ok, so I go to a french school so we call it "Hypothénuse" and moose doesn't fit into there. Well, point is, great shirt, but not bilingual so I wouldn't buy.

It's not that the word actually has moose it in, it's just a funny mis-pronunciation. I think it works fine for French too. |

it's awesome. but you knew i was going to say that.
i think perhaps the placement/size could be improved upon, but it's okay as it is, too. since it's an all-black design, it could work on any colour and i'd like to see it on some brighter, happier coloured t-shirts, but all of that can be fixed later. you get a $5 from me. |

You know, I just discovered I don't have a math/nature/pun geek inside me. I guess that makes me pretty strange.

It doesn't work in French because the french word for moose is nothing close to moose. Regardless, it's a great t-shirt and I would buy it on anything other than pink. My one suggestion as a self-professed math geek is that the angles be 30 and 60 degrees as opposed to 45. That would stretch the design out a little, and the properties of these proportions are WAY cooler.

If it's a 45-45-90 triangle the sides shouldn't be labeled a and b, they'd both be the same. And you should add some color to the hill so you can label the angles properly, that whole circle outside the angle thing isn't working.
But the concept is really clever and the moose and hill look pretty good. |

I am absolutely horrible at match and loathe it. I use math as little as possible in my day to day life. Thankfully there's a calculator in my cellphone! But I think this shirt is hilarious and would wear it because one time in my geometry class back in High School I thought my teacher had said Hypotamoose. And I thought it was really funny.
....then I realized he hadn't said that... I would buy it. :o) |

so, i see lots of people enjoy this shirt....but isn't the fun suppose to be that the moose is smoking a joint and high....hence the high-pot-o-moose...hy-pot-o-moose....hypontonuse...
