There seems to be some kind of mixup. But it's easily fixed. 1. spanish 2. japanese 3. turkish 4. dutch 5. english ___________________________________ |

I like it, though telephone sounds have always been what gets me (rin rin!).
It also would have been neat if the dogs used for each language were from the same country as the language. |
I just told there was a mixup....
anyways http://www.threadless.com/profile/248967/Monkey_II/29862/JOT |

There are many ways too write it.
Especially french... Ma sisters live in Bruxelles and Paris so I went along. In dutch too you can also say...woef woef I made some choices^^ Hope you like these. |
this is really great Monkey. With the corrected text I think its a print. It seems like there will be a couple of new dog prints in a couple weeks, there's been some good ones. Really fun shirt!
very good.
however, the dogs are kind of hard to see against the dark background. might just be my screen, though. could come out well in print. worth printing. |
from a distance the blue is too bright. The dogs need more contrast, easily fixed with a lighter shirt
This is fantastic, and would buy it for my husband who's a lingophile. BUT the dogs are too dark to see on that colour shirt. brown dogs + blue speech bubbles on a natural shirt = total awesomeness.
I wanted the dogs to go stealth.
A subtle black on black thing. The main thing about my design is the text - barking. |
love it. my only problem with it is the wafwaf dog.. the thing on its neck... its probably just my perception is wrong. but everything else makes this one of my top picks for JOT.
Just fix it so that the onomatopoeia list is right (woof woof is not Japanese, wan wan is, among other things) and the shirt would be pretty cool.

LOOK BEFORE YOU COMMENT ON THE LIST AGAIN! |

OMG
Are people too stupid too understand when a design is getting printed, it can be easily fixed? Or maybe they just too lazy to read. 5 dollars |
lol i find it funny that the dogs make different sounds to other countries. lol i had to make all those sounds. the funnist sound is gnau gnau.
Arg... this is like the 5th Joy of Text submission I've voted on in a row. (And I'm guessing not the last).
Great idea though, I love the design. |
I thin kit would be better w/o the language chart. The sleeve placement for the reference chart was a pretty creative idea though. 4$ (yeah, 4 and buy)
I absolutely dig the languages. I don't think the numbers or the key is that necessary though; it works great on its own.
I can see why you're so mad.
Your first sub is design with a ninjadog who says: "bark". Do you bring that one along on interviews? |
the dog's races say nothing about the nationality, right?...
dachshound should be definitely german if so.... |
the japanese have always amused me...i will never understand how "wan wan" is the sound a dog makes...it's "woof," damnit. woof.

Barking in different languages!
How badass is that?
Enjoy!
