I think it's great for those that are into demons.
You could clean up the curve of the snake that goes from the cheek to the chin, but other than that it seems ok. Can't say for sure, because I'm not into the whole demon thing, but the design seems ok.

Very "Metallica" It just looks like something a zit faced mall teen would be wearing.
Quality work though. You're a great artist, but if you are going to sell your art, you need to make something the average person might want to wear.
