Love the concept, although i don't like the illustration of the wall of scenery. Could have done so much more with that idea...

The clouds like kind of like wings to me, at least at first. Maybe leave the clouds out or don't have them go behind the dummy.

Clouds are definitely screwing with your image, and the wall just seems too...heavy. Something else he can jump off of? Maybe something a little higher, which we can TELL is higher anyway?

Like kamisch42 said; maybe a angled top view of a skyscraper? and a bird instead of clouds? I'm just suggesting, it is your design after all!
And how is it a new challenge for the dummy? The circles can be easily mistaken for eyes . |

Out of the three shirt colours, the design looks best on blue. Nothing much more to add to the above comments, except that it makes me sad :(

I thought the clouds were wings and it was an Icarus shirt, then i saw the Crash Test Dummy.. LOL
