I don't think mrylander copied that. Both submissions seem to be based on ice cream trucks manufactured these days. Although I've never seen one with monster wheels.

It looks like we both used the same photo (http://www.yummywagon.com/db2/00142/yummywagon.com/_uimages/randonpics04050.jpg) as the basis for our trucks. I welcome any criticisms (it's a real learning process for me!), but when I'm accused of copying a fellow threadless submission I have to say something.

I reckon this one is fantastic. Personally don't like the "what's your flavour one" this design supposedly rips off. I've seen so many people blatantly rip off concepts from The Onion (u.s. satirical newspaper) and other places in here that it's not funny, "Zombie food pyramid comes to mind". Monster trucks and icecream = funny gestalt shit! Have not seen this done before. FUNNY!

Thats-Piracy, That's a stretch! It doesn't look like yours. The angle of the truck is different even. Besides a truck is a truck. I designed a retro cad and yes, it looks VERY shag, but what retro image these days doesn't?

i adore the fact that it's tonal based and would basically work on any colour. it's an excellent design overall.

It looks really bad near the back right wheel. The kids and the rim are blending together. Otherwise, it looks like a shirt they would print on this site.
