Maybe not well on cerulean; the print colours, which are bright, seem to conflict with the colour of the shirt, which is also bright. Keep the brilliant colours--more appealing than monotone, have the shirt in a more neutral blue, or some sort. Her bikini bottom irks me, the right should be skimmed some. All in all, a good work. This made me giggle.
