Bad lettering. Looks like the job of an amateur. And terrible concept. Why would someone wear something that said that? Having the word "piss" on your shirt is very young humor.

I like the premise, but not the design. That guy is way too happy. I would believe he just bought ice cream or bubble gum or bubble gum ice cream or beat Capcom Vs SNK 2 on a single quarter, but one cannot convince me that he got cat pee on his hand. The crying kid modeling the T-shirt makes me giggle and gives me a nutty feeling inside.
