This is beautiful, and DC will stomp on it. Anyone else remember the Sufjan Stevens album recall?
I'm still giving it a 5, though. I wish it could be printed.

you are 100% correct, Siegel and Shuester aren't picky about copyright... cos they are dead.

Muppet.

Who gives a toss about copyright, it's a nice design, so leave it at that. You know it won't be printed, so do I, and probably so does Niko, but it looks good and the designer wanted to share it. So shoosh.

ROFLMAO!!!

This immediately made me think back to the first episode of "Robot Chicken" and the "The Real World: Metropolis" skit...

"Hey... who's gonna save the world while Superman's vacuuming?!"

Totally $+5

much in the spirit of Glennz's "Dark side of the garden" depicting darth vader trimming his bush in the shape of the death star...

and because of the copyright issues threadless probably wouldnt touch this one...

good idea though.

If you were to change the design so that the "S" was not visble it could proably be printed. Same thing was done with "Dark side of the garden".
There is no proof that the man dressed in black is Darth Vader. We merely assume that it is. Samething can be done here with superman.

Love the concept and the style of drawing. Just an idea, but what if you changed the outfit so that he was wearing boxers and a wife beater with the "S" logo? Still with the cape, and maybe wearing slippers. Don't know how it would look, but just throwing it out there. 4
