you have a great design.
you have done a poor job of color selection, sizing, and positioning. you'd want a brighter/weirder shirt (since your design works with any background color, light blue sets it off poorly). you'd want the picture bigger. not too big, but bigger than that. you got the position of the heart wrong. and you also don't see your design on the shirt very well. because your dude is leaning to the left, you want it slightly to the left, so it will balance the larger shirt space to the right. |

I think the fox is adorable, but it's slightly ambiguous. A tail or anything that shouts "IM A FOX" would be good.

It might be really cute if you made the window a pocket! So that the little fox was peeking out of the shirt pocket. Anyway, it's adorable. I like!
