If you are doing the night vision idea maybe the graphic should be green and not brown. Nice illustration.

Its a little bit too cartoony for my tastes, but it's a good design. You might try to curl the cig fingers though, it looks a little bit unnatural to me.

I like the changes to the illustration. I think that the way she is holding the cig adds a certain bad ass quality to her character. Id get it in black or forest green. $5
