I don't like how all of the lines are perfectly horizontal...

Like the idea very much. Horizontal lines and lack of shadow within the shapes are a problem. They have shadows behind them so they need them for the folds inside too.

i say just get rid of the lines...blank paper can be used for origami

I like the way the shadows are subtler within the oragami.
I agree that the vertical lines should be broken up a bit, but not everywhere- they tie the three pieces together. Maybe just wrap them around the edges of the forms so thery are a bit more realistic, like on the elephants trunk for example.

I also was turned off by the unrealistic horizontal lines.

yeah- those lines caught my attention right away- fix them and it'll be a lot better. I like the elephant though, so a four

I actually did the lines like that on purpose to give it somewhat of a masked pattern feel....maybe I should have taken a different route! ;) Thanks for the comments!

I like paper and I like the lines just the way they are . It's about an idea, not trying to follow rules. For me the horizontal lines tie it all together.

I like the lines horizontal, someone makes perfect origami apparently...i don't need realism at all times.

I LOVE the paper fortune teller. I remember those things! awesome.

the lines on this look great the way they are. using one continuous pattern for filling a form is a legitimate style (aside from all those illegitimate styles? wtf?), and angling all of the lines for the sake of realistic art would only serve to confuse the image.

that being said, put that shite on green or yellow or blue and i will buy the hell out of it. 5$

I love this, but I agree that the notepaper lines need to follow the folds and there needs to be some shadow. Origami roolz.

Ignore my comment above about internal shadows on the paper. I can see them now I'm on a different monitor - sorry.

subtract the lines or wrap them around the forms to make them look more realistic [as many others have stated]. if you seperated the shapes and placed them in random areas of the shirt the individual shapes would get more attention rather than just being a whole.
awesome shirt idea.

I like it all, graphically clean.
Leave the lines as they are.
Remove the text and it's perfect!

The horizontal lines kind of bother me too.

I almost wish it were 3 origami animals instead of two. Not too sure if I like the fortune teller one.

Nice illustration!

The lines not changing.

I kinda take that a lack of caring about the final product.

So I give it a 2 when it should be a 4 with a $
