Fingers? He speaks? No, this is not the Edward I have grown up with...I'm sorry but this cannot do. Use a picture of Edward Scissor hands as a reference and please redo this. If you want to lighten it up a bit (Edward is a nice guy and wouldn't hurt a fly) then maybe put a ripped up sweater on the dog instead of having the dog all gored up. Just my suggestion, I'm sure many will agree about Edward being a nice guy and not deserving this kind of image.

I'd go with Cambert's idea - besides, Edward never spoke anyway. (And it would fix the text-not-making-sense problem, too.)

Edward never spoke? Your copy of the movie must be seriously defective. He has a lot of lines. The most famous probably being when Winona Ryder's charachter says "Hold Me" and Edward says "I can't."
Movie geek business aside... I like the drawing. Fix the scissors/hands thing and change the text and you've got it.

I think the text is fucking fantastic! I piss myself laughing every time I read it out loud. I also lke the hands, simply because they're so wrong and everyone knows it. I would take great pleasure in making haughty remarks to anyone that dared to question it.

Edward does speak in the movie very little but he does speak. I agree with Joan Burroughs the line she says is one i love the most. I like the shirt its cute, its just he was such a nice guy and wouldnt hurt anyone that its not really following with how Tim Burton made the chartacter, ur giving into the sterotypes that he wasent. He was misunderstood, and sometimes the harshest looking people can be the sweetest. Also Edward Scissorhands is not Freddy Kruegor he doesnt have fingers also he doesnt have em at all.

Is so dificult for me to discuss in english but i´ll try.First the question of the copyright, just look at the catalog of this web. isnt there E.T or Darth Vader os Batmovil for example? I supose those characters are copyrighted to, thats not a copy , call it parody, and its made by a fan I love Burtons work. Edward speaks in the film, maybe you saw the film without sound. About the hand, I tried to simplify and parody the character it´s not a estrictly adaptation. Finally I´m agree that my english is not very good, I hope you understand what i want to say.
