ah yea i can see how it could remind people of the same kind of animals on animal crossing what with the striped shirt, and tom nook is racoon-like aswell, i love animal crossing! as for the happy tree friends thing, i can als o see how people are reminded of it, but i wasnt even thinking about that show when designing this because... i hate it, ha. happy tree friends is a parody that copied the style that i'm inspired by. looking at it now i wish i had added something to make this shirt a little more clever.
