Broken Copywrite. Vespa is NOTORIOUS for going after stuff that minimally features the Vespa.

It's not exactly a Vespa. Check their site, Vespas are a lot more svelte. It could be a Honda---more likely than not, it's just a non-descript scooter, so copyright issues ought not apply. Anyway, Threadless has printed stuff with pseudo-Vespas before: http://threadless.com/product/154/Motovino As far as I'm aware, no ill has befallen the fine folks of t-shirtdom. |

It's not like Threadless has been toying with copywrite infringment lately, they literally raped it with the carebear shirt.
So, if they want to risk it, more power to them. |

To put it simply , it needs to be an illustration of a racer Vespa or Lambretta. Not only because I ride one, but because they are cool and go well over 30mph. How does 80mph grab you? Now that would be a shirt i would buy.

it needs more to correspond with the title. like flames down the side w/ those metal spikes sticking out of the rims. or a shield in front or a viking helmet sitting on the sit. There is so much you can do.
