what exactly is it about panda bears that makes everyone draw them? why not, say, a koala bear escaping? both are fake bears anyway.
that said, i really do love this design. the panda just slooks so damn odd and cute, he makes me smile a lot. and the mere fact that he is "escaping" via origami paper cranes is so ridiculous that its awesome. there are so many panda bear submissions that just fade together that i can't tell them apart, but this one i would truly love to wear! |

Like it...he's just so darn cute. I'd prefer it without the little cloud though, don't feel it's necessary for the image.

I didn't notice at first that they are origami cranes. I love it even more, which is hard, because I loved it way too much from the start.
People complain about panda subs, but people still sub pandas, and people still love the designs, and Pandamonium gets reprinted repeatedly. I think if a panda sub is GOOD, then it's good! It's kinda sad when people go, "Ugh, not another panda!" If it's a good sub, it's a good sub, panda or not. A lot of panda subs stink. This one rocks. |

I love the panda! The oragami swans a great! I agree that it would look much better without the clouds. I would like it better on a poweder blue shirt.

wow. I was just reading a book called The Narrows. and the last passage I read was some headline the character was talking about. He says something along the lines of
"A panda mysteriously escaped from the zoo. Fans of the panda searched the city for the entire day, unaware that police had found that the panda had been killed by a train on the nearby tracks" I'd say this disproves that whole statement. The panda flew away on origami swans. It's just that simple |
