About my design

by kellybelly223
This is a reworking of a previous sub. I used a lot of the user comments that I was given and I think this turned out much better. I love the gold one, and want to own it ;)

great and intriguing illustration...

the gold and green shirt work great, like the placement on the red shirt... [want it on that kiwi-green color]

Congrats on a great re-working of a great idea. I agree about the gold, though I'm drawn to the blue as well. $5 -- first $ in a LONG time.

Sorry caseface.. I should have explained it again. Here you go:

This was a drawing that I did while ago for a project in art school. I came across it the other day in my portfolio and thought it'd work well on a Threadless tee. It's about the changing of seasons and how during the winter everyone goes into this kind of hibernation 'dead tree' state. These trees are turning back into businessmen because the seasons are changing.

I like it over the left breast, or whatever side that is, the point is the best one is where the pic is over the boob.

I like it, but I thought that Threadless policy was rather anti-resubmission?

Right breast works best.

slightly to the right of center as we look would be ok (it's moving), but not too far (don't want it climbing an armpit).

surely high not low.

nice

A dynamic illustration laying down roots in the land of design. A refreshing notion.

It looks great. After reading your explination it has lost a little of its mystique, but added a little more intrigue. Can you please explain your reasoning behind the penny farthing? It looks at odds with the businuessman.

I had envisioned his condition as pennance for his daily toil that works against an organic world. His new form unconcerned with realtiy embraces the end of an arduious day, and whilst returning to his floral family captures a fleeting moment of freedom. Such whimsical thoughts are a true joy of art.

thankyou...

$5 - this is really nice.. prob my favorite in a couple of days. The off center placement is much better though than the centered.
