This is a really good idea ^_^ My suggestion, however, is that you only have one drawing on there so it's a little easier to make out the picture. Good job :)

here is the explanation from on of my blogs:
it is asking WHO IS because: Myspacers #1 cover their faces with their sideswept bangs #2 face away from teh camera #3 friend you when you have no idea who they are #4 but most importantly ALL LOOK PRETTY SIMILAR (i checked one of my friend's myspace friendlists and her friends were indistinguishable from each other!!!) so it leaves the question, who are these people really and are they any different??? Its kind of funny that someone like Jeffree Starr can become famous through myspace and his pictures andn yet you have no idea who he/she is. also my design includes lots of SPACE and if you read it as "whose space" the characters are overlapping while they attempt to fill it but they actually just merge into one person, kind of like myspace eh? |

taking a very naive view of this shirt.
no care about the emo. no care about the complaints about the limited color pallate. no care about whatever else. it just looks like a photograph that went through a tracing program badly. and even after i stare at it a bunch, there is not enough humor or interest to get me past that. a way of making this more interesting to me would be to have some of the lines leave the obvious tracing place and get into some confusion or humor: a picture of a rodent? a country scene? that sort of thing? |

why badly steve when you see a closeup you can tell I made a lot of choices with the outlining to achieve a certain style, that wasnt meant to be "funny", why does it have to be funny...In my mind a T shirt should have a design that is nice to look at or even provoking as you say, and if it isnt to you, thats fine. Personally, when I picture a shirt with this on it, the placement and composition and color combination and slightly incomprehensible nature of the multitude of lines is pleasing aesthetically. I like something that has both simple and complex aspects to it and this is both to me.
