this is much improved over the "drive-in movie" feel of your original. I still feel like the bubble surrounding the "music" could use some work, but overall, nifty!

" a picture is worth a thousand notes " The car and driver need to be more gansta to portray the music as rap. Making the border around the music resemble graffiti would help to do this too. |

the music notes create a steady beat - they are all sixteenth notes and therefore there is no change in the rhythm (just a little input from a music major...)

i don't like how they're all the same. put an actual beat in there and you may have something. |

yeah, lose the bottom tails on the single notes and you'll have the rhythm you're looking for. Good message but general execution could improve.
