The lower left is a bit akaward since the image is small on the shirt. It might look better centered.

This is cool looking, i think there should be some detail on the arm and hand to make it look more like the fish bowl

Royal blue is hideous color for a t-shirt; go for something lighter. Also, the design would be better centered.

I'm not sure if you're aware, but this is actually an idea that's already been done by Maywa Denki. Look it up. Decent artwork though.
