its nice but a little hard to see her lower torso

I'm afraid the sudden cut off of the female body bothers me because the mermaid part isn't clear enough. If you made the fish half and the woman half more obviously unified, then the design would improve immensely. as is, the design just looks imcomplete

Her lower body is under the water. It makes sense that it would be hard to see.
I love it but think it only works on blue. (da ba dee da ba dah)

It does look a little incomplete, but if you could make the lower half look like the top half, much stronger design.

You may have gone overkill on the bubbles.

Love the colors on the pink, but the specifics in the design are shaky. The bubbles are a little too symetrical. (For my taste) At first glace, it's very nice. I love the mass of bubbles though.

It's close. I'd say definitely put it on blue, for the water, and clarify the tail more-- maybe have it coming up a bit above the water, or something? Even if you can't see the tail, it's a great image of a fantasy-bathing-beauty.

You have to be tasteful on these sorts of things though, or I'd feel like a perv wearing one. This, I think, manages to do that.

I heart it, excessive bubbles, cut-off, obcenity, big butt, and all. Did I miss a complaint?

Amazing! Definitely centered and on a blue or pastel coloured shirt, I'm sure Threadless would pick something suitable.

It's not perfect, I agree that it would be tweaked here and there, but there's no denying that it's a thing of beauty.

i like the center placement which is weird, because i don't usually. i also like how the bubble make a diamond. i'd love to say i'd buy it, but i don't buy stuff with naked people on it, lest people think i'm a pervert. 5

i understand the idea that part of her is underwater, but then there should be water to clarify the image.

also, with the diamond shape, the placement should be centered.

I like it best on blue or green, and I agree about her tail. At first glance, all you see is her torso, since the tail is so hard to see. Also, it looks kind of like the tail was added as an afterthought... it doesn't connect to her body very well. Maybe make the tail a very light shade so it's more visible?

I do like the bubbles, but if she is supposed to be partially above water... unless she is taking a bubble bath, she wouldn't be surrounded by them.

Nice illustration, though.

Pretty sure I'd only buy it on blue (although I might not with her ass hanging out like that) because of the colour of the design. Love the bubbles and the diamond they make, but (as stated) it has to be centered or you ruin the effect.

So, light-to-medium blue, and centered gets you my five buyable rating.

the bubbles are way too distracting; cut them by 3/4 and we'd have a deal.

How many darn shirts are their objectifying women on this site? Come on ladies with art talent, objectify some men.

I, for one, would not put a half-naked or all-naked woman on my chest. But that's just me.

I think the idea ia pretty artsy, and I like it for that. Just make the lower half, the tail or w/e, seem more like it's attatched to the body. I didn't even know it was there till I read the comments.

Great, boobies.

I think this has potential. Try reworking the bubbles (more variation in size and spacing) and the water. Maybe if you take the bra out of the design, it'll make it less like we're spying on a mermaid undressing. Maybe she just doesn't wear clothes...Perhaps you could show more of her back and shoulders, and have her head turned enough to still see her face. The design just comes off as lacking in taste.

I like the blue like that other person said. The design makes sense with the blue.

i deffinitely prefer a lower corner placement, and i think it'd be neat if the bubbles trailed off asymmetricaly, rather than in a near-perfect diamond. pretty awesome though!
